Mariners appealled rowles and won
. April 1st is still five weeks away
ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!
If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.
ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

link? If so that would be, I think, the 2nd red card ever rescinded in the league - and points to it not even being close to a red.Mariners appealled rowles and won
I think this might be what Shaun was referring to in his tweet:link? If so that would be, I think, the 2nd red card ever rescinded in the league - and points to it not even being close to a red.
Which would mean the word on here about him calling the ref a 'f**king disgrace' wasn't true.

Which would mean the word on here about him calling the ref a 'f**king disgrace' wasn't true - because that certainly justifies a red. Red would only get overturned if it's a serious error by the referee.
That's still surprising for that to be rescinded based on that...the disgrace bit is the offensive part.....has to be a gimme by the MRP, surely.A inside source.
As for what was said and what was reported, the Ref supposed apparently reported that rowles had said 'you're a disgrace', omitting the f**king part, and the red was issued because of the threatening manner in which rowles was directing the water bottle
That is laughable. If Rowles threw a full water bottle at the blokes head he isn’t in any real danger.and the red was issued because of the threatening manner in which rowles was directing the water bottle
They can say they’ve done something while taking the path of least effort and impact. Replay the game? No. Sack the officials? No. Withdraw a card for someone pointing out the obvious pales in comparison.Since when has the F(F)A ever wanted to appease the Mariners?
Would it surprise you if they took the path that is both easiest and shows the least integrity? They can say they’ve done something while taking the path of least effort and impact. Replay the game? No. Sack the officials? No. Withdraw a card for someone pointing out the obvious pales in comparison.
I would expect nothing less.Would it surprise you if they took the path that is both easiest and shows the least integrity?
Wrong and right there Capn - I know of at least 3 red cards that have been rescinded in the A League - Cristiano and Allsopp both in the 2009 (?) Grand Final and Besart Berisha for Victory against Brisbane about 4 years ago.link?
