ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Only real option would be for the mariners to won the stadium and pay for it themselves, which i dont think we can afford.

In todays paper there is a article saying there are no plans to add any NRL teams at present so that will make the Mariners the only National club to play there so the returfing has to come from somewhere and more likely pointing at the mariners. Now if only the council had charity status (as someone on a council up the coast wants)  I for one would contribute for the benifit of the community of course. ( and resulting tax benefit)

Now that the scum (NRL version) have control of the CC side, their will never, ever be an NRL side in Gosford.

They tie up local juniors and put a block on any expansion. Clever people

Rupert Murdouch will make sure there's never a Central Coast league side in his life time.
What happens after he dies is another thing tho.

We don't need to own the stadium, we need to own the turf.
They're owned by two different groups / people.

was at Panthers stadium yesterday talking to one of the groundsman about their surface which has just been plugged. He told me when they dug the pitch up 4 yrs ago to relay the agpipe and new turf it cost well in excess of $2m. No wonder council wont redo BT
