ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

For those going to Melbourne that are around for the whole weekend

The youth league game is Saturday 4pm at Bob Jane stadium.

If Nik doesn't play a big part on friday night might be an opportunity for him to get a full 90 minutes with it being the day after.

Maybe Dinamo should play next weeks game?

I don't think we would have enough players under the age limit.

Trifiro scores a freekick. 2-1 to Mariners.

The youth team has looked better since Owens, Heff and O'grady has come off in the 60th minute.

Looks like our boys got a much needed win.

Ownes got the goal, and Heff played a full 90 mins, and apparently Robbie Kruse played the first half.

Quote from the article:

Many of the Mariners young guns were also in solid touch, with exciting local product Brady Smith pulling the strings in attack in perfect complement to ever present captain and defensive cornerstone Nathan Sherlock.

Personally, I reckon Brady wont quite be ready for next season but I think Sherlock might be.

Really looking forward to seeing the SFC yoof side next week, apparently, they are shit hot

Problem with SFC Youth is that a few of the best players are playing first-team now.

Our first team bench yesterday had Chris Payne, Brendan Gan and Anthony Golec. Not to mention Matthew Jurman (our best defender) out injured.

We lost our first game over the weekend to Newcastle. I wasn't there, but apparently the NYL team was found a bit wanting without some key players. The same can be expected this week, so it's going to be interesting.

Maybe bring them on at about 60 mins or so then. Yesterday, Bridge & Aloisi were walking and Corica cant go a full game, he tries and is still the best player you have but he was really struggling.

Bridge on the other hand is just a lazy f**ker
