Moving the ball quicly and with purpose against a curriculum Okon ball side was great from Monty - showed Millicic and his useless sidekick for what they are.
Smith has been a pleasant surprise. We were told he was a complete dud, he isnt. Maybe not a superstar but a steady AL player. Liked the way he and Faz swapped.
Using Cumdog as the primary target man was clever.
Ollie not holding upi the play helped too

Smith has been a pleasant surprise. We were told he was a complete dud, he isnt. Maybe not a superstar but a steady AL player. Liked the way he and Faz swapped.

I agree, very competitive, always wants to get forward. Going very well considering he would have expected left back spot to be his to lose, then having to wait a long time for a chance and hasn't even played 15 games in the ALeague yet

Very hard to change a winning side.

If not injured:

* Do you bring Olli straight back in?
* Does Beni do as well on the right mid?
* Can we do Smith on left & Beni on right?
* Tongyik only 1/2 stray passes but otherwise under the radar does he keep a spot?
* Roux moved well off the ball and created space, less direct than Miller but a different style of attack. Does Miller come back in?

Or

Is the side we put up today just lucky because Cows move the ball slowly and don’t man mark tightly.

And combination of us having a bit of freedom cause we were given more licence from Monty to go for it and less pressure as not expected to win.

So much to test in upcoming weeks and unpack from this game.
