I have faith in Okon. My faith in him is based on the information I received from my source on O'Donovan, which I received quite a while ago and proved accurate in terms of the story, the result, and even the timing of the announcement.

The same source has stated that Okon knows exactly what he wants in terms of squad members. I feel for people like Necevski and others that don't fit the plan, but as everyone acknowledges hard decisions need to be made.

At the end of the day I'm comfortable because I know the gaffer has a clear strategy. Now let's see if he has the funds and support to implement it.
