ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Pre contract for Hall.

Would much rather see Kaltak grab a money run in India or Asia somewhere, he deserves it to set his family up, can't imagine Aucklund will pay "that" much and if he loses form he won't get another chance
Agree with the APL being broke surely Auckland don’t get a leg up like other teams that have joined in the past. But their owner seems to have some deep pockets. Truely frustrating to see that pair play for Auckland next season.

Where did the Brian to Auckland rumour come from? There was an unsubstantiated rumour about india but thats all IIRC.
We know that Reec is on loan so presumably will go back, Dan has a pre-contract with Auckland and Niz is off contract. MDP is staying so they say but thats al we know so far isnt it?

Spoke to Brian Saturday night and he is not going over the ditch. I’m not saying he won’t get an offer from elsewhere that the club has to consider but he won’t be lining up for Auckland.

I do wonder if the upcoming ACL campaign might change the club’s stance on selling our most valuable (in terms of performance) players and then having to replace them?

Apparently for Di Piz we brokered a 2 year loan with the Danish Club that’s why he will be staying. Good business by both clubs.

Good stuff, I heard it on the podcast as well and wondered where it had all of a sudden came from. Probably just people trying to destabilise us like normal.

Loan deals can end suddenly. Usually there is provisions for the parent club to recall a player.

Probably unlikely unless he is going to be getting minutes in the first team but he has certainly made a name for himself. If they get a bad run or a few injuries he could be a late departure.

Can't see why we would allow Kaltak to go to Auckland. The club would push him towards a paid transfer to India or even Korea before they let him go on a free in the league. Also suspect Kaltak would have more integrity given we gave him his big break.

yeah we gotta be a bit smarter, transfer fees are a must! No more mutual terminations (unless unlikely to be sold, in which case sure) but if the player is doing well in the league, I would hope they would do right by the club and be happy to be sold.

f**k I didn't even realize Kaltak was still under contract for next year, absolutely no way should he be going laterally to another ALeague club, that's a complete stitch up.

Did we only extend Dan by a year or did he have a year left before he decided to stay? His whole situation last year was a bit weird.
