Andy, Sean, Anton and Dan are all people that I have admired greatly at CCM. With the all going I am getting concerned about what is going on.

Maybe they're just like the players [move on while your stock is high]. ATM we have proven managers, the nucleus [or better] of a competitive team. Last year we worried about the exodus of talent and Monty/Sergio but we managed very well.
I'll wait to see how we go on the pitch before getting too worried

a club functions well when the back room functions well.... i can only assume replacements or tightness of revenue however chairman Richard to date from afar seems to be running a tight ship so lets not worry unnecessarily

I'm sure he's had quite a valuable impact.
As a club with 3/4 of the budget cut, though, I'm sure they have been looking at what value they can justify for every $ right now.

But total guesswork, I don't know anything about this

That sucks, I hope he wasn’t given the punt. He’s a bit of a looney but no doubt great for the boys and his experience and knowledge of the shit parts of pro footy would’ve been invaluable for the young players. His personality also fit our club perfectly. No bullshit, no dickheads, get your head down and work mentality.
