How do we know he isnt working for virtually nothing to get experience while he earns his badges and learns from the best in the country?

That's what he has been doing whilst at Hills United.
And his close bond with his former teammates who came to watch him play v CCU at Tuggerah was very apparent. He also deliberately got his 5th yellow card in that game so that he was free to go to the A League Grand Final the following week on tickets that were supplied by the club.
