If a club like Wrexham (currently hot on Netflix) or Luton of Sheff Utd could get him for say $3 or $4 million they will be able to sell for $20m+ after 2 or 3 seasons. He is almost risk free. If it's one of the bigger clubs then $5m could be the starting point.

According to reports here obviously Barcelona will be outbid by Wrexham!!! The imagination I'm seeing here is entertaining but rather ludicrous!

As far as I'm aware not a single player from an Australia club has ever been signed by a Top tier Spanish club. Why would they sign him? Unless he's the next Rooney the reality is he's playing in a (in world terms) pretty low standard league in which he has had very few senior appearances. I know he's a talent but there are a lot of players to choose from who have had much better development in more professional and competitive environments.

Without much factual information to back it up (it's the vibe!) I just feel like he'll get a better chance in Germany or Holland compared to Spain.

If he can score a spot at a Premier League club then all power to him, reach for the stars and go for it. They'll spit you out very quickly if you're not performing, almost immediately.

Whichever option is available to him they're all good ones, exciting times for a young player. Let's hope he can keep his cool and not let any ego creep in.

Time will tell. The hope is Barca but reality Holland or Getmany. Although, his highlights reel would be looking pretty good for a 17 yr old.

I’m going to throw it out there that we will announce a visa winger/AM in the next fortnight. That will use the Moresche visa spot until Jan, and Moresche will take over the Kuol spot when Garang goes overseas.

Peil mentioned the visa player in the same conversation as comments like ‘making sure you have the next player coming through when you expect one to leave’ and ‘who knows, maybe we will have another Nkololo’.

Smart by Peil how he pretty much answered what will happen when Garang likely leaves in January because otherwise we would all be jumping to conclusions about all this recent press on Garang. It was a well timed Pod with some pretty important messages to keep the fans settled. Hope the young man can stay grounded, all of this would be pretty surreal for a 17 year old. I thought his defensive efforts in the friendly were great and a good reminder he isn't just banging in goals, he was chasing down and pulling off some great tackles.

Thats been a big improvement in his game and the fruit of the work Nick and Sergio have been putting in to him. They've been consistent in getting him to work on that side of his game.

So if we sign a replacement for Moresche it's either a short term deal or they're expecting to cut someone loose whenever Moresche is fit again. I did read somewhere there had been interest in Beni so perhaps that's where a spot would be freed up. Garang doesnt really factor into that conversation besides freeing up some minutes.
