Agree, as I’ve mentioned on here. His pedigree is astronomical compared to any striker we’ve had in recent times.Urena is basically a marquee for us
ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!
If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.
ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Happy with Urena. A guy whose scored for his country and made that many appearances shows he is a worthwhile investment. At A-League level he should do well. All l ask is that he can be a 10-15 goal a season striker.
Still overseas I thinkSo out of quarantine on the 7th. 12 days of training before our 3rd game. Any updates on the other two?
But is he a grand final immortal?Agree, as I’ve mentioned on here. His pedigree is astronomical compared to any striker we’ve had in recent times.
But is he a grand final immortal?
Can he pick up chicks on the dance floor at Sirens?
You would assume so and that’s why he is still with us.Is DDS still excluded from the cap with Roma paying most of his wage?
If so he hasn’t been value for money, I figured he was only still with us because of the Roma deal. Probably hard to find this info out as it has always been well hidden.i may be wrong but i remember an article alluding to his Roma deal finishing and us taking full ownership? a year or so ago? happy to be corrected
He had a very busy game and was very effective in disrupting WU especially Wales. Early days but AU were better than everyone thought and WU not as good as last year. Both very rusty and probably a result of a lack of pre season games. Will be interesting to see how the ACL teams go. WU do not have another game for three weeks, that is not ideal for building momentum and cohesion.Joe Caletti starring for Adelaide tonight, bit disappointing we didn't pick him up when we had the chance a year or so ago.
yeah i liked uskok .big tough bastard .and a lot better than what we keptUrscock had a decent game too, it’s a shame we cut him loose to soon...
He is vice captain as well, Rudan putting a lot of faith in him we clearly didn’t see. Unfortunately a common situation for CCM over the last 7 years.yeah i liked uskok .big tough bastard .and a lot better than what we kept
Imagine having 2 blokes at 5'6 running round in your midfield. You'd need a surly DM at like 6'5 to make up for your mosquito brigade.Joe Caletti starring for Adelaide tonight, bit disappointing we didn't pick him up when we had the chance a year or so ago.
I’ll reserve any judgement until I see how we play, AU have some good backline experience in Jakobson and Elsey I thought WU’s young backline did ok but Juric should have scored when he beat the defence. AU keeper did ok but every shot on target was at him so time will tell but he looks promising. After a 0-0 draw I just thought that is 2 teams we can be ahead of after Round 1!!
