ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Mariner stuff not worthy of a whole thread

I'm a bit more curious about the arrangement CCM have with Cikers as kit suppliers now that the Roar are using them as well.

A few people did some further reading after they were announced for CCM, and it appears like the Mariners have a franchise model within Australia. CCM registered the website domain, their address is COE and even their phone number is the CCM contact number. It appeared there might have been some kind of equity arrangement, but that's just speculation.

What becomes curious is that now Brisbane Roar are using Cikers as kit and merchandise supplier, so if CCM are franchisees (or similar), does that effectively mean that CCM are the kit suppliers for Brisbane Roar?
Could Brisbane's deal be a revenue source for CCM?

Speculation welcome!

Ideally this "does that effectively mean that CCM are the kit suppliers for Brisbane Roar?
Could Brisbane's deal be a revenue source for CCM?
"

I’d suggest the Roar have the same arrangement as us, effectively you control your own kit. Would just be their business model and whoever signs up gets a separate franchise.

this is completely out of hand .

. maybe it's all just a marketing ploy

. have all this winning merchandise arrive just before the next season kicks off

... and if it doesn't fit, can be handed off to a third party to pique their interest (which will be far less painful so many months after forgetting how much was paid)
