ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!
If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.
ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

~Floss~ said:IIRC, in round 17 my bets were:
$5 on CCM/Adl to Draw @ 3.25_________
$5 on Wellington/Qld to draw @ 3.30___
$5 on CCM(HT)/Draw(FT) @ $13________
$5 on Adl(HT)/CCM(FT) @ $21_________
$5 x 3.30 = $16.50, + $5 back = $21.50
= $1.50 profit verhead:
Does that look correct?
adz said:No in the old system (that you see bookmakers at the race track use) you see something like 10/1 and that means for every $1 you bet you get 10 + your bet, but on the TAB the odds include your bet - e.g. $1 at 3.30 gives you 3.30 back = 2.20 + 1.00. That is why you see 21.00 and 101.00; they are 20/1 and 100/1 in the old system, but since decimal odds include the bet it is 21.00 and 101.00 ... that's where a lot of people f**k it up by saying "twenty-one to one" when they see 21.00 on the TAB, but it's really "twenty to one". If that makes any sense.
