ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

well well well. this is probably a good thing. at least we'll know one way or the other

get used to it Arnie - if you go this is the kind of relationship you'll have with your new club...

How Arnie could even contemplate joining a club without a front of shirt sponsor is beyond me...

Given the reports It wouldn't surprise me if Trav' really wants a foreign coach and this is his way of killing the deal with Arnie, and Arnie can keep his honor in tact by not doing a dirty on the boys.

Works for me.

Exactly. Welcome to Sydney and their rubbish sense of false entitlement.

Still fuming about Bozza's good to ha e the best coaches at the two big clubs. Disgraceful.

Were I Arnie (and for the Club's sake, thank heavens I'm not lol), I would be worried about Shitney's attitude to contracts. If they're so keen to incite someone to break an existing contract what is a contract signed with them worth?

Shitney have now displaced the Bogans from the top of my hate list. They have now become the Carlton of the A-League - Collingwood supporters will know exactly what I mean!

Not many Collingwood supporters would have access to the internet, mate :D

I hope Arnie stays, but it's the players I am most worried about. Without Simon, we have looked a shadow of our best. More than that, we need someone ruthless up front. Ibini was fearless at times, but then something shook his confidence and he forgot how to score. We need a Berisha/Smeltz type, and then we are set.

if you watch the phyiscal attenion bernie gets it's no suprise . i don't believe he's been awarded the protection of other strikers in the A-league. thats part of the learning curve . i believe he's started adapting to it and will be better for it next season.

as for the afl reference .thats a game where you get a piont for missing !

. all that physical attention was directed at matty when they were partners - matty thrived on it and bernie was given more freedom/space ... that is why it worked so well

You get a point for punting it up one end of the field. You would have to be a muppet not to score at least one point....thats why AFL is sooooo boring.
