ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Foundation Member presentation

We are pleased to announce that a special presentation will take place at our New Years Eve match to recognise our 341 Foundation Members. Our Foundation Members will be presented with a Mariners pin engraved with their unique Member Number and a Foundation Member certificate.

If you are a Foundation Member you will be sent a letter in the mail with the details of the presentation and if you are unable to attend on the night your certificate and pin will be sent to you in the mail.

We look forward to recognising the wonderful contribution of these Members to our Club.

A nice gesture if a little overdue.

Well I wouldn't expect that to change any time soon Mick - my flux capacitor's on the blink.

I still regret not signing up from year one. I went to all bar three home games anyway. I very nearly bought a non-ticket membership at the end of the year and for some reason decided against it.

I regret not joining in season 1. In my defence, I had never ever watched a game of "soccer" in my life, nor did I care about it. I went along to a few games in season 1, more to support the Coast having a team in a national comp than anything else. I got bitten by the bug though, joined in season 2, started playing in the over 35's 3 years ago, and now I live and breathe the game.... I even call it "football" now :)

Actually, it's my exact story too; except I don't play - would need to have "over 40's who have no skill or ability" (seriously) ....

My member number is slightly higher than 341 (And I was in that honour roll thingy of foundation members in season 1). I wonder if 341 is the number of first season members who still are active?

If so, pretty committed effort there by all.

How slight? I think the first 15 were for the Board and the like. I think Mick is member 16?

Like some others attended games since V1 - but didn't become a member then... Didn't know of them tbh.

But hey, at least we're foundation supporters.

I agree a little overdue but a great gesture from the club. I think Melbourne did something like this last year for their 5 year members?

I remember that first ever game vs Scum when we won 5-4 on penalties, good night!

could be right on the spot there, was thinking that there was more then 341 in the first season, good to see that many stick with the club throughout this time

Was that the game were the scummer broke his leg? I remember saying to my wife "if this mob want to succeed on the Coast then they better stop rolling around like girls whenever they get hit"... lol. I didn't know he had a broken leg. just goes to show what the stereotype was/is like.

My girlfriend will be getting a certificate for this. I joined as a member in season 4 after supporting them since the beginning. A warming gesture from the club
