ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

"One possibility might be for him to sign and then be loaned out immediately, whether it's back to the Mariners or to a Championship side."

Be great to have an Amini situation occur with Maty
From the Mariners point of view it would be ideal if he were to be loaned back for a season but for Mat Ryan's development I would rather he went on loan to a lower tier English side where the unremitting grind of 40 -50 games would do him a power of good (it doesn't do a lot of good for an outfield player).

So Maty's staying after all...mixed bag - hope he's happy to stay as the Mariners rejected an offer from Spurs but brilliant news for CCM and we fans.
Another good season will set him overseas no problems

I'd say Spurs were offering too little rather than Mariners asking too much. January will be interesting. I'd say a deal will be struck then.

dang. be better to get a fee for him than let him go off contract but it'll be hard to do as well without him. Come Jan it's Pasfield's time to step up! He's waited long enough the poor fella.

Reality is we may lose Rogic the same way at the same time...

No quotes in the article and this was news to the club. However, don't keep your hopes of holding on to him. I reckon he'll go, whether it's Hull, however, I don't know.

Apart from the dollars, Hull City would be a mistake. He'd be better off staying in the A-League and repelling the likes of Ono, De Piero, Heskey, etc.

Ryan is worthy of a better club than Hull. Frankly it's a dump - massive step backward from a lifestyle POV too.

Hull are fourth in the Championship, and Amos isn't solid, from what I've gleaned on the fan forums. I'd like Matty to stay, but surely the chance of the Prem, as well as the step up that the Championship is, can only be good for him.
