ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Personally I think it looks a little cheap and tacky to be honest, cool idea but it looks very corporate, like we are advertising for Mcdonalds rather than our own brand....

Classic vertical stripes without the giant rebel sport shit at the back, and ill buy one tomorrow, honestly have no idea how the players run around and sweat with those really blatant, heavy, sticky blocks on their front and back, it honestly feels like you have two A4 pieces of paper stuck on the inside of ur shirt...

How prophetic!
I think Maccas must have seen my design & thought it was a winner (hence the sleeve deal)....lol

Check out the pic of the kids training shirts

FYI Typool footballers wear shirts, not jerseys.

I'm just greatful we will be getting a shirt that is not made of the material that is used for shirts sold at Morriset Markets.
I wear my Mariners shirt and then put on my Socceroos shirt and the difference is unbelievable.

I'm not too worried about the design, as long as we get a new shirt sponsor that doesn't require a massive plastic patch.

CCMFC should really push for people to buy them direct rather than from Rebel if those figures are accurate.

A big launch at Erina Fair or Westfield where the players come out in their new kit and give their opinion on it would be pretty cool.

And after doing that start spruiking the advantages of getting your membership there and then from the players. The players get on so well with the supporters sign up get photos with the players etc etc could help boost early sales for membership.

darken the blue and make it a strong vibrant yellow and sign me up.

Eww... I dont like it one bit. It's "Fury-esque". Lets just have a traditional football strip and not a failed fashion statement thankyou.

Man I'd love it if we played in capes an batman masks next year. :vhappy:
Lucky I'm not n charge.
:D

Tyson couldn't agree more about the shirt and more advertised public events in Westfiled and Erina Fair for any excusel would be great to see and very beneficial.

The clubs off field profile has not been string enough this last year I think.

Top post.

With the boys up front shaking hands/taking pics to get the punters in, I'd put my hand up to volunteer to take down the details. Anything to get the membership numbers up.

Mockup doing the rounds (by some bloke mucking around with the jersey editor in football manager I believe) so definitely NOT REAL:

Our kit isn't quite like that (last I heard), but not far from it. I don't think the FFA allows the chevrons under the arms.

Out of curiosity has anyone approached the club with this idea? I would appear that the "cough" Central Coast "cough" Bears :vomit: have had a fair bit of success with this. Who out of the supporters would volunteer their time to assist with the signups? Why don't the Mariners players and staff visit the local the games being played during the winter comp and encourage players and supporters to sign up? What better time than when someone is playing and pumped.

Deal with Hummel formerly announced.

http://www.ccmariners.com.au/default.aspx?s=newsdisplay&id=39745

The home and alternative kits will be formally unveiled closer to the Hyundai A-League 2011/12 campaign, and will comprise at least one brand new South American inspired design. The club’s traditional colours of yellow and navy will, of course, be retained as the prominent features of the clothing, while incorporating hummel’s signature ‘chevrons’
