ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Yeh question for the next pod in 200 years, how stuffed are we as a club with all of the backroom (head office) staff changes forced/since RP came on board, the gutting of the first team squad 2 years in a row, and the NPL team bottom of the ladder with not many ready for the next step up on the production line?

Careful.. you sound almost as negative.. as me 😂😳

That said, my negativity has proven a key factor in our success the past two seasons, 😂

All vital questions!!!!!!!

‘I can’t believe how all these changes have led to the most successful period in Australian footballing history - damn you RP!!!’
The impact of some of the changes may take time to show themselves. Academy had some wobbles this year and will be doing well to avoid relegation. We just got rid of the strength and conditioning bloke who had us looking amazing in a heavily congested season. Back office doesn’t appear any better so far.

Your point is fair but there’s still valid reasons to wonder about some of the changes being made

100%.

The last two seasons success wasn’t an overnight campaign or a result of “Rich reaching his hands into his pockets.” A lot of that success was built on several years or work prior- From our Academy products, to decisions made by Monty & Serg, and absolutely the efforts of the brilliant long term staff who had built the Club up from the pits of hell.

This is not to discount Jacko, at all.. He is brilliant and deserves huge accolades for the season.

Decisions over the last few months though, as per mentioned, are difficult to swallow and at this point, highly questionable. Time will tell.

. re-read your correspondence from Rich and I'm sure you'll be convinced all our recent success can be laid at the feet of Adam ... our biggest achievements have all been since he took up his current position
