ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Who are the panels favourites for making the roster from the feeder teams and how do we think the NPL team will go this year without Monty

I’m sure you’ll talk squad so won’t bother asking questions re that.

Just following on with the concern for the stadium sized elephant in the room. There’s plenty of worried CC fans right now, and little clarity re outcome. Could there be worse timing to doll out uncertainty now. Amazing work by council.

Understand not rocking the apple cart if it’s on track. But if it isn’t? There’s understandable Rumblings on here about protesting already. Thoughts on the (post October 11) timing and likely need for this be appreciated,

Also if you happen to know where the official supporters club stands on this I’d like to know.

Rather play on the fields out the back of Woy Woy oval. If it's still playing like it did in the 80's & 90's there'll be lots of skin missing from elbows and knees come full time. I'm still wearing rough elbows from that ground

Woy Woy wouldn`t be up to A League standard regarding seating.
There`s no other suitable stadium on the coast.
The closest options are Sydney or Newcastle or play the first 5 games as away games and hope this F**kup sorts itself out ...
or we just hire the stadium at the same rate as last season until the management rights are finalised....

FP, the OSC is as keen to seek clarity about the stadium situation as everyone but the club seemingly can’t comment on it due to the management rights tender process. That is why the APL has been asked to step in and negotiate on CCM’s behalf apparently.

None of this should be a surprise to rate payers given the complete and utter balls up the council has made of running its finances but it beggars belief that this situation could result in home games being moved from the Central Coast.

As you say, there is still time for the situation to be resolved, so hopefully some common sense will ultimately prevail.
