It's exciting in the essense that it is a new face but I wouldn't read too much into the media call, remember Shane huke got one and that was a bit of an anti-climax! Still, will be eagerly awaiting this one and i'm happy to continue the wild specilations! Go mariners!!

Could not be sackwhacker as that would be a hate/hate relationship.

I don't care whether it's a big name. If he takes advantage of only a quarter of the missed chances we've had in the last few months I'm sure we would be in a clear second place on the ladder. Let's hope that happens and that it fires up our other strikers too.
