I think somebody else might be on the left side of midfield, or at least challenging for it.  Plus we have players like Hutch and Caceres who can also play there if required.

i dont think the wing is one of our weaker points - seeing as so many goals come from out wide. Porter, Caseres and Elrich when he returns are all competent wide players.

i would like to hear a back or DM linked to us for once.

I think the mariners need to get;

* Strong & Fast Utility Back (Could play CB or DM)
* Skillful Midfielder thats has good pace and has good endurance

And if Sasho goes (which is looking likely to happen)
* An experienced Goal Poacher

And if Kwasnik comes back over, get him fitter and he will be very helpful in the ACL

And Bostock in the middle Keensy should no him next biggest thing at the Spurs.

This is on the 442 forum and I feel that it is quite apt with the rumours circulating about kwas, huke and rizz.

this'd be the same 'mediocrity' that has us making the finals three seasons out of four, two grand finals (so far - might be another yet) and winning the league while avoiding twice weekly crises, players backgrounding journos and management and ownership changes.

just because there isn't a press release every time someone spots a decent youtube video announcing that we're 'in contact with a player and progress is coming along nicely' doesn't mean that we're not doing anything.

If you go around believing all the gossip (especially 442 gossip) and think that is all the mariners are doing for recruitment i think your the one that needs a new perspective.

By the way razor any relation to cool cat? you both seem to have very similar views.

There will be no changes for the finals. Though some will come for ACL
