ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!
If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.
ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Has yet to be denied, not happening IMO.
With them losing smeltz next season I can't see them selling Kwassie, may get him on loan but somehow I think not.
Can confirm that on sunday out he was contemplating an offer whilst taking in the central coast nght life. Seemed very impressed with Grabbers at the CCLCdibo said:constanzo

dibo said:i dunno, six goals from open play last year and no penalties. in total he played 62 games for us (38 starts) and scored 15 goals, four of which were penalties. that's really not bad.
if you don't believe me, see here.
i don't see many better available options being floated than that.keensy said:Can confirm that on sunday out he was contemplating an offer whilst taking in the central coast nght life. Seemed very impressed with Grabbers at the CCLCdibo said:constanzo

it's not a sale - he's apparently off contract.

I wouldn't mind as much if he was played off the bench, but as he is one of Lawrie's pets, and often kept Gumprecht and Pondeljak out of a starting spots, I don't want to see him back.

Kwas was signed for 1 year, contract expires 31/03 so if he's to play in ACL needs an early release.
Kwas always has and always will be 1 of those players you either love or hate, his ability to cut inside and score from wide positions is an asset, IMO would provide us with another useful option. Whether you agree or not he's always an option for up front too if necessary but his better position is wide left.

Dibo - you're spot on, he's only ever scored 4 pens, all in V2 vs NZK, Melbourne and QLD.
