ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

I have not found anywhere that has officialy annouced Zwaanswijk as a signing.  although whoever edited wikipedia believes he has and is number 13 lol.  also I don't know who the keeper is that ccm are looking at but I can throw out a list of names that could be possible.

Mark Bosnich
Zeljko Kalac
Ante Covic
Tomislav Arcaba
Alex Cisak
Danny Ierland
Nathan Coe (highly doubt coz he just signed a new contract in denmark)
Jamie Young (highley douby coz he just signed a new contract in england)
Robert Bajic
Chris O'connor
Griffin Mcmaster
Lou Acevski
Steven Tilovski
Marko Sutalo
Danny Milosevic

Scratch one if you were going to add him:

"Goalkeeper Paul Henderson has been signed by the Newcastle Jets until August 27 as an injury replacement for Neil Young.

Henderson, 34, will travel to Victoria with his new teammates this evening as they prepare for their first pre-season hit-out against Hyundai A-League newcomers Melbourne Heart in Morwell on Thursday, 8 July."

Would be very happy if it comes off, thought money could be an issue though

All of our signings so far have actually been considered and in many cases much strongger than the people they replaced.

I am confident the keeper situation will work out fine

One of the most important things in football is that you get along with the fans and the sponsors, because they are the ones who make it possible for us to play professional football, so I think that is really important, said Zwaanswijk.

When I played a good game or even when we lost I always made my way around the Stadium and thank all the supporters and clap for them, they always gave me a big welcome and my thanks go to them.

I like this guy....
