Hi, I am a supporter of NAC Breda in the Netherlands. A club where Graham Arnold is a legend and will always be one of the top heroes.

Today a rumor came to my knowledge: Central Coast Mariners FC will give a current NAC Breda player (central defender) named Patrick Zwaanswijk an opportunity to join the A-league in Australia in the next season. Can somebody confirm this? This is mainly because the NAC Breda supporters like Patrick a lot and we want to inform them on our supporters website, www.bsiderats.nl

I hope that some of you can give more clearance on this one.

This has come out of the blue. I haven't heard any news.

I remember Arnold at Breda. He scored lots of goals. Tell us about his time there?

35 years of age but seems to have consistently played over the years so not injury prone.

Straight in for Doig I assume.

Hi,

Graham Arnold is an all time hero because he scored a lot of goals, but also because he was very down to earth in his relation to the Breda Supporters. We like that kind of behavior. In one game (FC utrecht away) we were behind 3-0 in the last 15 minutes. Graham scored 4 times, so we won. Great player, hard worker. If the man comes to Breda for a visit the crowd will still go wild if he enters the field.

About Zwaanswijk: he is a very hard working central defender. Together with Rob Penders (our captain) they are famous for being very steady. Besides that, he is very strong in the air. So with a corner or free kick Zwaanswijk will be somewhere in the goal area. As supporters we really regret that NAC Breda lets him go. It will only be for a year, because after that year they want him back for the technical management squad. I suppose as an assistant or as a trainer for the youth squads or so.

I am surprised that you are not aware, so it might only be a rumor. If he does come to your club you might have found yourself a top defender and, like Graham Arnold, down to earth and willing to work very hard.

Central Coast Mariners from Australia have been interested in Patrick Zwaanswijk. The 35 person whose birthday it is forms verdediger at NAC Breda forms with Rob Penders the central two-high rolling mill at the Bredanaars, but can after this season leave.

Arnold Graham, the coach of the Australian club has the routinier meanwhile gepolst. Graham ended up in former days as a footballer for NAC and have connections at the Brabantine club. If swan district wants leave also to Australia is the question.

Hi,

Local television station has confirmed that Zwaanswijk will most likely come to your team. My only problem now is that you are not aware of it and that they might have taken the news from our site
