ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Bye Bye Sash?

Mrja and McInna, best player and coach in the HAL imo

Hmmmm is a coach that benches good players he is displeased with (rather than ability) a good coach?
Mrja has played so little I find it hard to believe anyone can  consider him the "best player". What I saw was indecision in the box. What I saw of him in recent times after recovering from extensive injury makes me think "The old grey mare just aint what she used to be".

Gold! That's 10 points to Bear :piralaugh:

Indeed, had him playing and missing outside the spellcheck there, lovely bowling.

Enjoy.... and enjoy wasting your hard-earned $ on tickets to watch a team that should be so much better.

If one criteria for supporting a team is that they play sparkling football and win every game, then this isnt the sport for you is it?

Spoken like a true Fulham fan :p

Teams go through rough patches, and its easy to sit back and pick on what we should and shouldnt be doing. The beauty of this game, things can and often change in an instant

It may well be that inbuilt sense of pessimism that equips a Fulham fan to face the games downs and sideways but to me, the little flicker of hope that you might just (maybe) get a result is what makes the very few highs worthwhile.

SFC away this season and the Major semi last year are a case in point.

Do I expect us to get away with it tomorrow? Of course not. Can we? Probably not. Will we? Who knows and THATS what makes this game so special

No, I won't be in Asia (I wouldnt be going even if we were a better team).

Ah well there IS hope for you, at least you recognise that this is a bad time. The next step for you is  to have a think about why this is and what should  be done.

If this is directed at me may I remind you that I've never said that we have to win every game.

As consumers of a product (and let's face it the franchise IS a business) we have every right to identify flaws. The franchise is treating us with contempt if it thinks it can trot out a mediocre product and expect that we lap it up. The 800k windfall from jedinak should be spent on acquiring quality player replacements.
We are having trouble competing in our domestic league...God help us when we come up against the best in Asia.

Sash did produced some delightful balls in that second half tonight. His combo with Mrdja in the second half reminded me off the start of V3 when we couldn't stop winning.

I think we'll definetly miss him in the ACL

U sure about that? lazy and looked unfit.

Touched the ball about twice. Mrdja's workrate was immense compared to his.

Hope the ankle was nicely injured as he wanders off up the F3
