Some interesting stats:
Since middle December, Sash has been on the bench or not playing in 5 games;
We have lost them all;
We have failed to score in 4 of them.
In the middle of this, Sasho started in 2 matches, both of which we won.
I hope Lawrie starts him on Friday night.

I'm beginning to wonder what Sasho has done to have pissed off Lawrie so much.

demanded a two year deal for ridiculous money and bonuses??

So has everybody else in the team!

I wasn't seriously suggesting that the losses are attributable to Sash not being there. I do think though it could have something to do with our goallessness. Without him our 2 or 3 strikers have the same style of play and are very similar physically as well, he provides a bit of difference and could make it harder for the defence.
Of course, if the supply to the forwards is poor.....

Good player and has done pretty well for us but I can't argue with LM on this one.

Probably not worth a two year contract at his age.   I'd have played him in place of Nik in the last couple of weeks but Nik is a vastly superior player when fit and confident.

I like Sash. He gave us strike power when we had none.
I also would have played him ahead of Mrja.
I'd rather lose Nik than Sasho. (Its been a long time since  Mrja was  fit and confident).
As for Kwasnik, I didnt think we could go backwards more than we already have, but then McInna dumps Kwassie on us! Ripped off.
Bloody hell!Mrja and Kwasnik? .... I hope we sign a good attacking mid who can shoot.

Mrja has played so little I find it hard to believe anyone can  consider him the "best player". What I saw was indecision in the box. What I saw of him in recent times after recovering from extensive injury makes me think "The old grey mare just aint what she used to be".
