ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

ALM Sydos v Mariners

They started controlling the mid, and we tried to play through it, it's that simple.

The storm injury f**ked us. But we were never gunna score without an alternative plan to through the midfield. They double man marked nizzy out of the game, no one else stepped up.

Personally would have liked to see some McKinna ball and a counter press from the mid. And 5 in the mid to try and contain.

For as poor as Paull may have been, he was caught out multiple times 2 on one, which says the mids weren't tracking back to assist.

Paull struggled but exasperated a problem that was already there. To be fair to him he isn’t a left back, hopefully this experience can help him grow as it did Kye.

Had absolutely no control of the game at any point and the ball never really got past Balard/Tapp/Steele.

None of Torres/Theo/Barcellos really contributed meaningfully to take pressure off of Nizzy.

Without Faz they realised our only outlet was Nizzy and marked him out of the game.

We paid today for our 3/4 season stretch of not really having a back up left back. Our fullbacks are so integral to our play that having Storm on the left meant we lost an important outlet.

Vuka, Hall and Kaltak kept it from turning into a bloodbath.

Jackson and Co need to quickly turn it around for our mid week game against City.
