ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

I'm an idiot savant without the pesky savant bit
so Angel is suspended !...so I guess Tulio will be the set up man with Kuol / Wenzel Denzel up front......or something

Would like to see if Noah Smith could replace Torres. If not de Pizio or Duarte.
Duarte looked good up front in Bali so would like to see him get some more time especially if Denzel Wenzel continues not performing. Not sure Smith has the engine to defend in that position as well.

It’s all good guys.
I just realised the reason we haven’t won yet.

Last year I always placed a small bet on the opposition.

Haven’t done it this year. My bad.

I have just corrected this behaviour and now we are almost 100% going to win now as the football gods will make me loose money.

Should we ALL bet on the opposition??

Ha. Glad you’re not the coach.

At home, need a win. Being defeatist and playing for a draw would be terrible for morale. So is losing. But they’re not mutually exclusive either.

We just need to take our chances and be more focused in defence.
Going to need to do both. Hope we can blow them away early then knuckle down late as we get tired

If we have to chase the game we are in trouble

I'm worried about this one. Brisbane got smacked last week but they have improved significantly under Ross and Aldred won't put in that performance again (l hope he does but seems unlikely). We are coming back from a game midweek away in hot/humid conditions and the travel back to Aus has apparently been less than smooth. Our league form stinks and Jacko is yet to prove he can beat AL opposition tactically. I could be wrong and off but i'd take a draw today to just get something on the board before the derby.

Going to be honest and say I passed Worried a while back on the way to resigned.

Hoping @Wombat is right and I’m proven wrong and he can beat me with chopsticks for my negativity.
