I believe (and happy to be corrected if wrong) the trophy was meant to hold the match ball in the he hole, to make it complete, it was a good concept, guess they didn't realize it looked like a toilet seat without the football

If i remember correctly there were 4 different designs and we fans got to vote on our preferred one. It's not the one i voted for but i'm happy we have 2 of them
