if we get aerial shits away in the round of 32 again then the whole comp is rigged.
Going to be a similar problem with Asian Champions League and having mis week games to play so get a draw that allows us to play both competitions which might mean a few Sunday games again but you would think as Premiers we should get a few draw card Saturday night games where possible

Correct, the consistently best teams all season including at the end of the season aren't in the GF - should be a CCM v WP grand final in a fair world.
They were much closer to missing finals than they were top 2. I can cop the idea they're one of the best teams by late season but to talk about over the season? nah.
Nor could they beat a jet lagged, travel weary team who had played a continental cup final in 38 degree heat half way round the world 4 days previously, on what was pretty much a free hit at putting themselves in a commanding position
An update on this - the last round of the H&A season again will be problematic again assuming we use similar timings. Then the ACL ELITE final stages on Saudi Arabia (if we can get that far) can present a real scheduling nightmare with the ALM final series.

A league should definitely plan around the ACL2 but elite not so much. It would be a very welcome headache but not particularly realistic.
They didn't really for us and the ACL2 except for the final presents limited problems this season. But SFC is in that so the ALM will make it even easier for them.
I think what he is getting at is SFC are in the ACL 2 so will be looked after better than us in the ACL elite. Pretty much a given.
