ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Saturday, 13 November, with mouth-watering NPL v A-League matches scheduled in NSW. Subject to restrictions easing between Greater Sydney and regional NSW, the FFA Cup will go regional when Blacktown City FC face Central Coast Mariners at Glen Willow Stadium in Mudgee at 5pm AEDT.

I thought A league clubs couldnt host? Seems strange that Blacktown wouldnt want a big game at home. Unless there is some issue with their ground?

Hey boys.......Mariners fan in Mudgee here. Lived on the coast 12 years and then moved to Mudgee for financial reasons. I work for the Mid western regional council in their I.T dept. Spent 12 years in Bay 16 with you boys and was at all 4 grand finals. I put up a post bout a year ago but I mostly just read the forum. Been waiting f@#-& ages for this. One of the big things I knew I would struggle with leaving the coast was having the mariners so far away, but rest assured my Mariners Jersey and hat regularly does the rounds in Mudgee on a weekend. I have been in the ear of the events department at work about getting the Mariners here as I can only make two home games at Gosford a year. Best accom is the Horatio apartments on Sydney road or Kelly's Irish pub does some good accommodation, owner of that pub is a good bloke. Anyways boys..... looking forward to seeing some familiar faces when ya's come to Mudgee, get your vocal cords warmed up!

Thanks for your post. Is that your suggestion for pregame drinks?
Haha no Glen Willow is the name of the stadium. Pre game drinks wise best experience would be to kick off at Kelly's Irish Pub, then 100metres down to the Lawson park and then about 100m down market street to the wool pack, then the stadium. If any of you watched doctor doctor the tv show on channel 9 the wool pack was the main pub in the show as it was pretty much entirely filmed in Mudgee. Directly across the road from the Lawson park is Mudgee brewing company which is a good drop. 4 good venue's within close proximity to the stadium

Good stuff, WebZ. It’s nice knowing you’re flying the CCM flag up in Mudgee. I’m in the Inner West of Sydney (FC territory), so when I see another Mariner’s jersey on the rare occasion, I always give them a wave & it makes my day! Enjoy the match.

Any thoughts on our new FFA Cup jersey? There are two shirts & one is coloured red, which I find a tad odd. Red? Reminds me of the Wollongong Wolves. Or even worse, Adelaide.
