Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. That was tongue in cheek, Melb games postponed again. With the way things are going i can't really see the cup games being fitted in before the season starts. I'm speculating it'll be cancelled, or do you think they'll still go ahead at some point?

Well if it does go ahead I would back a first XI of Birighitti, Smith, Rowles, Tongyik, Hall, Bozanic, Nisbet, Muller, Urena, Goddard & Simon against an NPL side that hasn't played for probably at least 3 months by the time we play them. When the draw came out (before a bunch of re-signings) there seemed to be plenty of people picking that as the upset game.

That said the bench looks decidedly thin - especially with no Keeper.

If it was scrapped, we go to Asia in 3rd place(in Asia the silly post season cup is ignored)

It could be counterintuitive to have a mandatory exclusion period as much as it makes sense. If the player and/or manager know they’ll miss games they may be less likely to take advantage of the concussion sub especially for injuries on the lower end of the spectrum.
