ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Won't be renewing this year. Had 2 Gold memberships since season 2. Sign up in October expecting a certain roster then the club sells half the team.

Nice way to support, mate

Yes it's pretty weak but I can understand people's frustration. The bloke had season tickets since season 2 so deserves respect and to be listened to.
The fact is the club owners (MC) took the piss last year and then we served up some of the worst Football ever seen at BT so it was a frustrating season. To top it off we had to listen to their drivel about moving games and wanting better crowds.

Me....i'm Mariners until I die/we move (f**k off MC, i'm only joking)...so I will renew for sure.

This is why the membership number will be less this year than last. Last year was 5.5K and they are aiming for 10K. I will be surprised if they make 4k this year.

. i don't 'like' your post ... but i do agree with it

. the one thing you are forgetting however is that 3 & 6 game members are still 'members'. far too easy for people to drop back their commitment yet the club can still claim 'x-thousand' members

. the issue with this is that the owner can still claim he (and 'his' team) is (are) not being supported by coasties ... and we will constantly be scratching our heads about how we can have 'x-thousand' members yet struggle to get even that many people to any particular game ... which will lead to ridicule from outsiders and constant criticism in the media

Also note that Supporters Club said we could pay for them as part of this renewal, but no such option given.

. oh man ... i will ask questions ... sorry about that. the supporters club was told there would be a 'tick a box option' to renew as part of the mariners membership process

4 gold and a baby membership for the one on the way.

Summer would suck if we didnt have our mariners to follow. I consider it a great privilege to have an A league team on the coast to watch top class football in a safe family environment for relative peanuts. (I think it worked out around $10 a game for last seasons tickets).

This. QFT. Obviously works out a bit more expensive this year, but I'm down.
