Nice Islay malts.
You're forgiven.
I jest, Speyside malts are good, Aberlour, Glenlivet, The Maccallan, Cragganmore, Dalwhinnie, etc. And not forgetting the single malt most Australians could name, Glen Fiddich.
Matter of fact, I've yet to taste any varietal single malt that I don't like.
tb, it's all in the sipping mate, not the quaffing.

All single malts are good, some are just better than others.

Tonight a James Squire Golden Ale and probably a 2015 Tyrrell's Belford Semillon with dinner.

Lots of fizz tomorrow.

Ahh well, the Coopers Sparkling Ale is going down well atm. To be followed by an Old Fashioned made with, I dunno, I'll look in the cupboard and choose at whim.
