ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

You can easily spot Dean at BT, look at where everyone is being as good as gold and he will be thereabouts.

Told me to get off my seat once as I was standing on it

Looked at him and said "OH COME ON"

He just looked at me straight in the eye from half a bay away

I got down

Troy Waters once fought the oustanding Sugar Shane Mosley for a World Title, and was very competitive. He was the best boxer, technically, of the three Waters boys; Dean, Troy & Guy.

To say that he was far better than Mundine is rubbish. Mundine, despite the hatred that follows him, has actually proven himself to be one of the best all-around athletes that this country has produced (others include Rex Mossop, Heather Mackay, Les Darcy, Nova Peris-Kneebone, Michael Cleary).

I'm not sure if many thought he would beat Green, and he DID. What more does he have to do for people to recognise him (forget about being a wannabe Ali for just a minute)?

Dean is a good bloke, and DO NOT mess with him; he is tough as nails.

HMMM - I would have liked to have seen them fight when they were in their prime. Fact is Mundine has fought SFA and he won't step up and fight the top guys as he will get his but kicked again. I actually am a Mundine fan but I have to say I knew the Waters boys when they were fighting and its bloody hard to compare them

Green on the other hand was washed up by the time he fought Mundine - that fight was 3 years too late

Deans a bit of a gentle giant really. He is bloody imposing still and I think he doesn't have to try too hard to maintain the peace....

To my knowledge Troy never fought Shane Mosley it was Shannon Taylor V's Mosley.
Yer I was in Canberra for the Kanga Cup. Terrigal knocked our team Penrith as there goalie was something special. The same as Dean Waters nothing got past him. The Terrigal side was undefeated till they got on the paddock with Korea.
Hey Wilson good question. Yes! When?

Hey Barry I think I know you, if I'm right you fought one of the heavyweights three out of the ring. ? -The penrith thing is a clue me thinks and being a mate of the waters boys.

Your pretty famous in the boxing world (I think you taught Don king everything he knows, in the photo with Don HE was hanging onto his wallet) keep away from the OP rum it'll kill more brain cells and you need all you've got.

Hey AM forgiven. Be endless fights the same as soccer games - do you have a run on the paddock. I feel fighters/boxers should play a paddock game when young as it gives them good balance and movement in moving around the ring.  :headbounce: No headbutts in boxing as you would be disquslified. How do you toughen up the neck for the  :headbounce: if you misqued then one would have a broken snot.

Good Luck AM in your endevours.  ;D

Hey barryme we don't call it a pill it's a football (what else can I expect from a mexican).

It's not a headbutt it's a header although so do turn into headbutt's ala busche vs aloisa etc.
