tbh possession was 70-30 Doylo's way but some good goalkeeping, strong defence as well as failure to pull trigger on Doylo's part was the difference
On the Reserve grade- we need to be more potent up front- and bad defensive lapse mid 2nd half (but we were 0-0 last week so we can defend)
Good effort by the boys considering we got beaten last year by Doylo 4-1 and 2-0 with a stronger side- shows the young guns can play a bit

Lost 1-0 to gossy but their keeper had a blinder and we squandered a literny of chances

So f*cking annoying... 9.00 kick off.. get there at 8.15... no opposition... but atleast we got a run

We've lost our pre season training area now so it would have been beneficial to us.

Speaking of unreliable people, the first grade Woy Woy coach was asked 3 weeks ago for a trail game v Penang FC for the weekend just passed, never made any effort to get back to Penang this after he said Woy Woy desperate for trial games, we had to chase him and finally he got back to Penang saying they had already booked to play Gosford City, form what Penang know, Gosford where playing the Entrance, the coach also works for central coast football so I guess that just about sums everything up.

i actually commend the club on this stance

Hi Mick,

You will find that a player who was registered with a club in season 2008 will still be insured for any trial game so long as the club sanctions the game with the local association or federation, thats why its critical to have all pre season trial games endorsed in writing by the club and association, any player not registered in season 2008, well thats worth checking first.
