I was at the game in Brisbane, and when Mrdja came off the ground he looked over at the fans. The look I saw on his face was fear, mixed with embarrassment. He gets so much shit, and he has to know it. Sure, he plays like my grandma, but his confidence (and he is a confidence player) can't be getting one bit of help when things like this come up.

Elrich is the same. He IS a good player, but he is playing very badly. This wouldn't be helped at all by the fans ganging up on him. I reckon both Mrdja and Elrich need some time in the Youth team, to get back some confidence and find some rhythm.

Also, they seem to be affected by Marinitis - a deadly disease that converts good, easy to watch players into muppets with zero confidence or flair. Damian Mori was the last guy to play and not feel that pinch. Bring him back!!

elrich was one (with kwas) who created a few chances and looked as though he might threaten from time to time. otherwise you're completely correct.
