It tiresome seeing the APL being blamed for everything even stuff that doesnt have anything to do with them or is beyond their control. If I search enough here I reckon I can find a post blaming them for the war in Ukraine. Yeah they get a lot wrong but the pile on and negative feedback loop doesnt help anyone.

If you run the competition what can you expect? If they don't control all these factors then how did they get themselves in this position? They did the deal with P-, they agreed to have all their officials under FA. These are all their decisions and actions. I wish I could do my job and take no responsibility for poor results.
