However if he can bring some ownership change by putting some investment group together (not Chinese) and he can take control I think he’d be forgiven.

From what I understand, he spent money that he didn’t have authority to from the Jest owner just to avoid the spoon last season, which is a large part of the reason why the licence was recalled.

Whilst MC may be seen as a tight arsed owner by many CCM fans, I certainly wouldn’t want a CEO in charge that deliberately disregarded the owner’s wishes in the way that Lawrie is alleged to have and thus jeopardise the club’s existence.
