Along with being the first ever clash with the Fury, this Sunday is a landmark in the history of the Central Coast Mariners. For the first time, the clubs brand new mascot will be unveiled. Following on from such famous mascots as Adelaide Uniteds "Big Red", Brisbanes "Roary the Lion", or even those from rival codes like "Cyggy" the Sydney Swan and the Gold Coast Chargers infamous "Captain Charger", the Mariners new mascot is sure to capture the hearts of thousands of young Central Coast fans.

So folks, what will it be?

A man in a huge penis costume called "Nik the Dick"? or something less likely to upset the kids?

(Personally, I see a Pelican or possibly a Pirate)
