ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Anyone else see the sign saying WELLARD?

Classic AFC match there with mispelt names, fireworks, wierd sounding crowd with people shouting who only sound like the martians from aliens attack, dodgy refereeing decisions and it goes on.

Sheer joy at beating the scum :)
looking forward to see the post match interview with the omani manager..... :)

great finish as well. he was walking into the goal and then ball hit him. looked like he thrusted it in more then anything lol

Offside and handball - after all the years of shitty luck we've had I'll take it.  ;)

Not so, was clearly onside and the ball was kicked into him by the Omani defender.

As for the prayer celebration, it was his first socceroos goal so he hasn't had much practice.

What if we take these recent performances against Oman to the World Cup next year?

Then we'll jam semi-deserved wins and progress??  ;)

ScottMac - whatever ay, I'll take it regardless.  ;D

FourFourTwo, The World Game, The Age and the SMH comments sections, the majority of this forum, as well as all of Sydney's and Melbourne's forums would disagree with you.

BL Sym.

Ohnoez pplz disagree with me : (

so serial does this mean if 3 out of 4 people say man u are shite, it's true ?

Fact is, Holman came on, was a willing runner, was willing to attack, and we just happen to score.

Yeah Sym, majority rules so your opinion is wrong.

Ah, the Holman Defence Brigade. Always worth a laugh you two are.

Sym - always have to bring United into it, obsessed much?? Fact is, his own teammates weren't willing to pass him the ball, he lost it at least 4 separate times inside 5 minutes..... and that pass to Kewell when he was surrounded by 3 defenders - GENIUS!!!!

P.S. Carney crosses to Emerton and we score - Holman recieves credit why exactly??

Stop argueing Sym, there are so many reputable sources such as the forums with expert football analysts all screaming that you and your opinion are wrong.

Because usually, if it's not in any way related to united, you won't rly care or understand.

Holman came on and we started to attack more, if he wasn't on, maybe we would never of been in a position to score..

Maybe he loses it because he is trying things ? ya know, to try and win a game.

Mmmmmmm, they're all I ever watch and talk about. I'm so blinkered.  :-\

Wilkshire is turning into a damb quality player - we look exceptionally strong on both wings at the moment - Carneybis class as a super sub as well. Concerned about Culina's efforts of late though.
