ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

The copper being called away to deal with the 2 spurs fans who tried to fight their way into the bay helped somewhat too.

dont know what they were on but one was going mental outside our bay, took 2 coppers to drag him out

No, Spurs, both wearing scarves. No CCM fans involved, looked to be trying to fight their way past the police and into our bay.

Respect For shame to whoever was responsible for the flare last night, finally we are earning respect a bad name among rival supporters.

:redcard: :redcard:

we earnt respect long ago mate and ripping 1 flare in 4 years will have no effect on us.
noone was injured ,it was dealt with by their security and was of that little consequence the alleged assailants were released and allowed to return to continue the festivities.
Personally I have no issue with it.

I didn't have much of an isse with it either, I love pretty colours - pity it wasn't yellow.

I was worried about any asthmatics though - it could of turned out really bad.

Given that almost identical coloured smoke-bombs were discharged at the Mariners and Melbourne matches this weekend, I suspect an anti-sokkah conspiracy.

Melbourne did a much better job of it though

They look like proper flares, not the smoke bombs we had to put up with on Boxing Day
combination of both...more smokies though, hence the abundance of orange smoke
