Expensive day out for a family
That is cheap compared to the AFL Grand Final. I think it's also cheaper than the AFL preliminary finals.
ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!
If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.
ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

I agree, I'd pay double that for the final personally but for the average family it's an expensive day out which is what the Coast is all about.......getting families to the game.
Tickets, travel, food and drink for 2 adults and 2 kids could very well cost around $250 for the day depending on where you sit? I hope it doesn't put people off?
uncleyellow said:It is steep, I dont mind paying, but it will keep people away. Especially in light of the Cricket being on at the same time, I could see alot of SFC fans that would have come, going to that instead.
Hope we still get a good crowd size...

Park your arse on a pub stool and leave the car at home!
What time does the KB open?

Yeh, I've got two kids and the difference between Cat B family ($165) and Cat A (4 x $85 = $340) is just rediculous. I'm a member so I can buy on Thursday morning, but I'm struggling to accept the fact there is no family category in Cat A. It would seem that the FFA do not want kids to have a good view ??? Or perhaps they're only interested in promoting the sport to cashed up families??? ???
