ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. Lets count... Mcbreen, Dutchy, Wilko , Perez, Bozanic, weeMac, Vanstrattan , Griffiths, Rose ... IMO 9 would be snapped up within a week... others Amini, Bojic, Doig, would take about two weeks...

I agree Midfielder - though Pedj would be a strong option for several other clubs at RB.
Also Matty Simon while out of form, would likely also get an instant look in as striker for at least four clubs. And hutchinson, despite what people think would also be snapped up.
As to who would start shipwreck, as always, depends on the particular squad they are being added to - those who are shoe in at some clubs might struggle to get their position at others. Stupid discussion in any case. Whats your point SW? Our teams starting 11 players, coming 3rd on the table only by goal difference are not as good as all the other teams starting 11 players??

Always good to speculate on what players are "A-league shoe ins" versus who is only starting every week coz they are in the Mariners, but I accept the point that it depends on which team they are slotting into etc.
On another note, has there been any movements at all by Nikas up north, I remember everyone calling high murder when he didnt get signed up by us and how we would regret it with him at NQ but yeh....Griffiths has started in a much better team than Nikas and is playing damn well...good call Arnold imo

Nikas was on the bench for Fury last game, but now they have other players back I don't think he will be on the sheet tonight.
Not a fair comparison in some ways - Nikas was NYL here, Griffiths was often first team at Fury.

I hope Nikas gets a look in at Fury also. Cernaks back, but with Talay out he may well get on the bench again now. Pending whats happening in the game. he proved to me last seaosn he's a "game" player. Handles pressure and will perform.
I think he just needs a good chance. Not taht i wnat him to do well against us
