Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Celtic 2 Dundee Utd 2

Utd came from 2 down to draw at Parkhead.Good result for us.

One of the few weekends when Celtic are not on Setanta and it has to be when they play us.

Got the 0-0 Edinburgh derby instead.

Good signs at Tannadice with Wilkie and Dillon signing new contracts with the signs good that others will follow.

With manager Levein resigning recently despite interest in his services from clubs in the championship it apears to be a happy camp at the moment.

Good to see some loyalty being shown to a small club.A rare thing these days.

I just got back from Tynecastle and if you want to see a wonder strike look out for Imrie's strike for Inverness CT to get them back to 2-2 it was one of the best free kicks i have ever seen.
Game finished 3-2 Hearts in an exciting 2nd half.

If anyone ever needed any evidence of all that is wrong with football and in particular Scottish football these days here it is.

DUFC play Celtic on Wed night in a league cup semi final.

Probably our best midfielder,on loan from Cardiff , Willo Flood (a Celtic fan) is all of a sudden the subject of transfer speculation. If Cardiff accept the offer from Celtic he will not play for us on Wed night.

I know he is on loan and there was always the chance Cardiff could recall him but this f**kin stinks. No interest from Celtic until we're about to play them in our biggest game of the season.

Next time I read about Celtic and Rangers whinging about not being able to compete with English clubs for players I'll spew up!!!!!

I wish they'd f**k off and play in England or wherever.

Rangers would never do that. They would rather sell their top goal scorer (boyd), go to pittodrie for a draw and leave boyd on the bench.

Don't need to hear any of your problems arab  :p

Aye I thought you might come oot the woodwork when you read that post!

Actually a couple of weeks back your lot were rumoured to be after Lee Wilkie but he opted to stay with a side with a bit more flair!

I know that skilbeck and if anyone else had come along and bid for him so be it.

What gives me the shits is Celtic had no interest until this week and they could get him for nothing at the end of the season when his contract with Cardiff is up.It's an obvious ploy to try and upset Utd.

I wouldn't be surprised if they sign him tommorow then play him in the reserves for the rest of the season.

Seems to me Strachans worried about us.

Inverness 2 Hibs 0

Butcher seems to have resurected ICT's season. Two draws against Celtic and DUFC and a win against Hibs after 8 league losses in a row under the last boss.

His style of coaching probably suits a bottom of the league, battling to avoid relegation side over there.

Also in Div1 Dundee FC have crept to within 6 pts of the leaders StJohnstone after looking in relegation trouble a few weeks back. They play the leaders next week in Perth in a huge match which will probably pull close to 10,000.

Could there be derby matches in Dundee again next season?

Part of me wants the tossers back up so we can do them in derbies.........but the other part wants them relegated, broke and bust!!! :headbounce:

Good result for us after an iffy start to the year.

2-2 at the sheep.
