Certainly did, Bingham had more than enough chances to save him but couldn't bury any of them. I even have his shirt from that game as a morbid souvenir.

I believe it was a bit more complicated than that. With Paramount's recent involvement and the deal being done over there before unbundling there was uncertainty with who actually held the rights and if they were valid. Rather than ESPN or Paramount risk being sued by the other neither have shown it. Hopefully that gets resolved soon.
