ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

This is my first post as a new ccm fan much improved performance from last week in fact thats the best they have played out of the 5 games so far, still a lot of work to be done but signs are looking good that a good team is begining to take shape, they are hard to break down at the back and going forward today from midfield show that its just a matter of time before  they will start to score more goals, good luck to michael mcglinchey on his international debut for new zealand on wedensday, ithink he will be a big miss next week.

Wow, 3 points for that! If we start playing well we'll be unstoppable.

My MOM was Danny actually - he kept us in it.

Poor Velapi - an old-style Vukovic-style brain snap. Except he could've fouled DMac for a penalty.

They say a week is a long time in politics...and in the life of the Mariners too  :vhappy:
I don't know why someone had a go at Harper, he has been bending over backwards to praise us recently and seems to think Boogs and Wilkinson are as good as Moore and Neil (which they are, of course). Porter may not have handled but a real defender would not have cradled his arms like that to control the ball. Interpassing in midfield esp Mac and Travis quite superb at times. Somebody, finally, seems to have stuck a cattle prod up Mrdja's back side, he was much improved (and better than Matty was against the Roar). And wasn't it good to see us mix short inter passing with the long ball for the winner. They say Lawrie lacks imagination but even Fozzie wouldn't have imagined Elrich to be a left back (Elrich didn't either, he looked like a stunned mullet). :eek:verhead:

That was against Perth too. That's only our second competitive win since Ally and I got back from Europe. :(
