Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Round 16.

Glory Boys with three hopeful Socceroos,  LM against his old coaching master, 4 V 5.

We are playing great how do we help build a decent crowd,  call radio, write to local NP, wear Mariners gear around town..

Tell one and all to come. And see the Mighty Mariners tear apart the Glory Boys..

Ideas needed to build the crowd

FIRE UP

Company "B" to take Ocean beach... while Company B is to gain a foothold and hold a position in Woy Woy Bay.... Company to connect Company A & B and keep the supply lines open while we wait on Premier Reece to say the rest of the minsters...

Will be a tough game.
Both teams will be right up for it.
But I will trust in our cohesion and form.

Mariners - 2 - 1

Thank heavens our guys have discovered how much fun it is to kick the ball into that yellow stuff between the goal posts.
They'll need to be on target too, because I don't believe that Velaphi will make another howler like he did in the first game.
I must admit I felt a bit sorry for him -- after I stopped ROFLing. :)

Glory have never beaten us at home, but records are there to be broken.  Both clubs will be on a high after a couple of good results, should be a cracker.

we need to fire early for this one, perth on the weekend took it easy in the first half, relied on second half to get them through

Too true, we'd never beaten the Tards at Docklands before this year and now we've done it twice.
Hope our guys haven't got inflated heads over the last two games, Glory are in form so this will be much tougher.

I thought the glory were shit against sydney. They gave the ball away often, their attack was disjointed and they seemed to be walking around when the ball was coming out from the back. It was only due to Sydneys absolute shocker that the score wasn't at least even.

If Perth play like that against us, and we carry any form into the game, we would be good odds to get a result

yeah i saw the glory game on the weekend too, if they play like that again the mariners midfield would OWN them!

Our defence was poor on Saturday - way too much time and space given up and there was a real slackness about our play. People running through not picked up again... I thought our defence actually looked alarmingly similar to our ACL campaign. Against Jelic, Shroj, Sterj and Pellegrino we'd be punished if we play like that again.

Our attack was obviously lethal and the goals scored were great so that helps, but Perth's defence is also better organised than the Fergie's depleted mob.

This weekend is going to be very tough.
