I’m trying so hard not to question Jacko’s tactics after what he gave us last season. But if I’m a manager and I’m about to play a team that is always 4-4-2, I’m f**king ecstatic, I’d know my team with 3 in central midfield is going to totally dominate.
Alou is a shit outlet. I love Big Eddy and atleast he gets involved, but Alfie and Steeley are so cooked from doing doggy runs all half chasing shadows they can’t be the lay off option.
Our single chance was very nicely built up, Brandtman hung close to Eddy and got the lay off and ball into alou. That happens so regularly if we have someone in the CAM spot.
f**k sake, this optimist is becoming synical. Fast.

We look horrible. Midfield non existent and completely overwhelmed, can’t hold possession or mount anything beyond a single man counter. Going to need a hell of a turn around at half time to get anything from this.

As I've said before I don't expect there to be 2 up front down the track. We need more of a Cumdingo type if we do and neither Kuol nor Edmo do that. So load up the mids and give them a fresh half game each. Once Sains is back that is

We've hit the wall, playing ACL opposition exerts a lot more energy than playing AFC Cup.
