Jets won 2-1. A brace from Goodwin for the Jets, and a Griffiths header for us. Was a tough game, toasty warm conditions up here in Tamworth! Loose dog on the field, but all round a good game. Some of the young boys were fantastic...I think Verity had a cracker of a match!!

Verity was great for the academy, hope he can step up to NYL. Think he will.

How funny though , a collection of our youth, academy and a couple of regulars only lose 2-1 to a near full strength scum.
