For me its after round 7 (8th Dec) unless we are catastrophic / have given up before. Also assumes we aren't knocked out of AFC cup by then which we should have a pretty good idea about after Terrenganu visit on 29/11.

Round 7 we play WU who havent been great so far. Before then we have some tough match ups in Brisbane and Victory leaving our most likely path to points being the jets and WU. If we can't get to 4 points by the end of round 7 we're in a lot of trouble.

They should have won by 4 but Buhagiar cant finish. 0/2 in one on one's with the keeper is horrible. WSW were always going to get something out of Newcastle but their attack should have had them out of reach.

We aren't like those clubs. We need to re jig the resources MJ has before we look to sack him. Let him move a few guys on in Jan. Take on an asst who knows the league, like Rado.

That depends on how we get to Jan. If we're dead last and not in the contest he doesn't deserve the opportunity nor will the crowd accept it. If we can string together some draws, maybe a win and look like there's something to polish then maybe. I'm not confident of where those points come from this side of Jan based on the games I've watched across the league.

Three games into the season and two coaches gone( from big clubs too).MJ in a different position-new to the team and the league but without a in form striker.

From local coaches I can't think who would replace him so should be safe for this season.However if Talay misses out on the Sydney job and after 7-8 rounds we are doing poorly then possibly Ufuk would get the job.

I can’t see us punting Jacko, blame is going to be shifted elsewhere before he gets hung out to dry and while we have a squad not performing, he has some credit to the argument that the squad is simply shit. At least where scoring goals are concerned.

I also suspect some upper management will be too big headed to admit they were wrong with the appointment. (If it does come to that.)

My biggest yuck feeling right now is that the squad is slowly unravelling. The team may, if initial reports were correct, have bought into Jacko’s philosophy but that was before he publicly tore shreds of them. A losing squad with a Manager making excuses and vague threats isn’t one that’s going to likely come good overnight.

Saad got a game while we were in preseason, had just lost Monty and were away in Malaysia to arguably the strongest opponent in our group. MJ hasn't won a game in a tougher situation than that yet. This isnt a judgement on one over the other but comparing their numbers like that isn't fair.
